Rubber Gaskets
Rubber gasket material is made from a polymer with the property of elasticity. The term, which is derived from elastic polymer, is often used interchangeably with the term rubber, and is preferred when referring to vulcanisates.
Rubber gasket materials are best used in custom gaskets applications generally requiring greater compressibility. Some can withstand temperature extremes up to 500ยบ F and substantial pressure ranges while having a high malleability co-efficient.
Rubber gasket stock can be supplied as sheets, cut gaskets, envelope gaskets, joint sealant and seal tapes.
We specialize in fabricating custom gaskets made from any of the following in-stock rubber gasket materials:
- Neoprene
- Nitrile
- EPDM
- Hypalon
- Butyl
- Viton®
- Gum
- Red
- SBR
- White Food Grade
- Silicone
- Urethane
